Looking for a Job

So, I'm not getting the 2 boys as foster kids, so I'm now looking for a job.

Unfortunately I am limited by my wrist: no heavy lifting, limited writing, and grasping objects with my left hand, and my typing has gone from 60 wpm to about 20.

Still willing to do childcare.

Can anyone make some suggestions?
